Azura Soft Furnishings (UK) Ltd is a unique setup where we do not only manufacture and supply the goods we offer but also work with our partners to create new products. We are proud of the products we manufacture and invest heavily in quality control measures within our warehouses to ensure consistency and reliability.

Every consumer has their own preferences; this is why at Azura Soft Furnishings (UK) Ltd we have developed a “listen to” policy. We search the market for what end consumers need as well as the requirements of retailers. As a result, we are always prepared to respond to consumer needs and market trends.

CUSHION INSERTS

We currently manufacture 15 different sizes of cushion inserts and have the capacity to add more. We work with our customers to create new sizes and shapes. Our annual production is 3 million cushions pads with a large untapped capacity to produce more.

DUVETS

We source only the finest materials for our duvets. We currently manufacture and are not limited to Polycotton, Microfibre and Polypropylene duvets at varying togs. Each duvet is thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets our customer’s requirements.

CUSHION COVERING

We offer our customers a cushion covering service. We manufacture the cushion pads and fill them in covers supplied by our customers. This is becoming an increasingly popular and cost effective choice for small and large retailers alike.

PILLOWS

Our pillows are some of the best on the Market. We work with our suppliers to source the finest quality materials. We cater for varying degrees of the market and to us; basic products do not mean poor quality. We pride ourselves in offering exceptional quality and finish for all ends of the market.

Since 2015, our pillows have been made with robotic machines which means there is little room for human interference. Therefore our products are consistent in quality and integrity.

Some of the pillows we manufacture are: Bounce, Hollowfibre, Foam Core, Pocket Sprung and Memory Foam. With our flexible production lines, we can easily accommodate any type of pillow our customers require.

SOFA PADS

Our sofa pad production line has been established to be flexible. We are able to accommodate any shape or form and only use the best fillings to ensure that the final filled pad is long lasting and durable.

SUSTAINABLE FILLED PRODUCTS

Although we still offer virgin products to our customers, we have a strong focus towards the introduction and widespread use of sustainable soft furnishings. All of our products and packaging are now offered as either recyclable and/or contain recycled content as well.

OTHER FILLED PRODUCTS

At Azura Soft Furnishings (UK) Ltd we offer other filled product lines such as pet beds, maternity pillows and chair seat pads. We welcome all enquiries from potential and existing customers and work to accommodate their needs.
